Dr. Hammad M. Cheema is a Professor of Electrical Engineering, Principal & Dean School of Interdisciplinary Engineering & Sciences (SINES) at National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), Islamabad, Pakistan. He has more than 12 years of teaching and research experience in Analog & RF Integrated Circuit Design having published books on 60GHz CMOS PLLs and On-Chip Antennas, more than 75 peer reviewed publications and 13 granted / pending patents. He has also worked at Motorola & Ericsson in Pakistan and Danske Telecom, Accenture and Microsoft in Denmark.

He is the recipient of University Best Teacher Award, best Institute researcher award & best Institute innovator award in 2016, 2019 & 2021 respectively. He has won numerous national & international entrepreneurial awards and R&D grants. Dr. Cheema is a senior member of IEEE, Chair of IEEE Joint MTT-AP-EMC-CAS Chapter Islamabad and board member of Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB).
