Ms Sonia Bashir Kabir is the Founder and Managing Director of SBK Tech Ventures, a licensed Venture Capital Fund, and the Founder of SBK Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation that empowers rural communities with technology. She is also currently the Vice Chair & Governing Council Member of the United Nations Technology Bank, a Board Member of UNESCO’s Mahatma Gandhi Institute for Education and Peace, and a Member of the Dell CXO Advisory Board for Asia Pacific & Japan.

Ms Kabir had served as the Director of Microsoft South East Asia New Markets, the Country Director of Dell Bangladesh, and the Managing Director of Microsoft for Bangladesh, Bhutan, Laos, Myanmar, and Nepal.
