Dr Ir Siti Hamisah Tapsir is the Former Secretary General of Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI), Malaysia.

Her previous roles also include the Secretary General of Ministry of Energy, Science, Technology, Innovation and Climate Change (MESTECC), and Director General of the Higher Education Department (2017–2019). She is currently the Vice-Chancellor of UCSI University.
