Markus J. Prutsch is the Head of Unit for the Policy Department for Transformation, Innovation and Health at the European Parliament. He is a member of the Global Young Academy and fellow of the Heidelberg Academy of Sciences and Humanities. He has led several international research projects (e.g., Science, Numbers and Politics) and has lectured at universities and conferences in various countries in Europe and beyond.

Markus represents the Global Young Academy on the INGSA Board.
