Steering Committee (Laos)

Dr Silap Boupha is the Advisor to the Ministers at the Ministry of Science and Technology, Lao People’s Democratic Republic. He had also served the Ministry of Science and Technology as the Advisor to the Vice Minister, Director of Asia-Pacific Affairs, Director of ASEAN and International Organisation Affairs, and Member of the Sustainable Development Goals Committee.

Dr Silap Boupha is a member of numerous international organisations including the Asia-Oceania Global Earth Observation System of Systems (AOGEOSS) and the ASEAN Research and Training Center of Space Technology and Applications. He also contributed to the ASEAN Plan of Action on Science, Technology, and Innovation 2016-2025.
