Dr Richard Glover
Dr Richard Glover holds a PhD in Biological Sciences (Food Microbiology bias) from KNUST, Kumasi, Ghana. He has served as Programme Specialist (Biological Sciences), ISC ROA, Pretoria, South Africa (2012 – 2021), Senior Lecturer/Researcher (in Food Microbiology), UDS, Navrongo, Ghana (1996 – 2015) and Research Officer (Microbiology), CSRPM, Mampong-Akwapim, Ghana (1991 – 1996).
He is an active fellow of the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP) with research interest in Traditional African Fermented Food Processing Technologies.
