The University of Quindío is a public and departmental institution of higher education in Colombia accredited with high quality, subject to inspection and surveillance through Law 1740 of 2014 and Law 30 of 1992 of the Ministry of Education of Colombia. Its is located in Armenia, the capital of Quindío. It was inaugurated in 1962.
